IBS Relief Quick Start Program

This program will change how you look at your daily habits and empower you to live a life that is free from the discomfort and anxiety of IBS.

 

What do I know about it? For years I held out hope that traditional doctors would give me answers, but when nearly all my medical tests came back normal, they said that they did not know how to help me. Instead, they called my condition IBS and urged me to go on medication. That's when I took matters into my own hands and overcame my symptoms through implementing alternative healing methods.

 

This program is a direct result of my years of research and experience in dealing with digestive disorders. I want you to feel better in a few short weeks, not over a period of months or even years. 

 

I believe there are 3 basic ways to manage IBS and to feel your best for the long haul. Here's what you'll learn when you sign up for the program:

 

  • Clean It Up! Learn what common ingredients in foods might be triggering your symptoms. Incorporate healthy, easy to digest foods into your diet without feeling the pain of deprivation. You'll get tips for grocery shopping, learn to read food labels, and discover the importance of mindful eating. I will also touch on the use of supplements.

 

  • Take It Down a Notch! Learn the surprising role that stress and emotions play in digestion and how to effectively manage these on a daily basis. Discover what your personal stress triggers are and learn how to get out of the vicious cycle of anxiety and flare-ups. I'll show you how to build a support system and how to achieve a work/life balance.

 

  • Make It Last! Discover ways to make food, movement, and your new-found lifestyle last a lifetime! Learn tips for eating out and going to family gatherings so you don't sabotage yourself. Also, know that "falling off the wagon" will happen occasionally! I will show you how to pick yourself back up and avoid feeling beaten down.

 

This is a 6-week program where we will meet once per week either in person or via Zoom, Skype or phone (whichever is best for you). I will also offer support between sessions.
